The photo was taken over 50 years ago, situated roughly were No 1 Crestwood ave is now. The person who owned it was William Barker.

Was that Bill Barker who was groundsman at The Latics? He did it for nothing, I believe he may have been a director too.

Stuart Yes it was Bill Barker who was Groundsman for the Latics, I think He had shares in the football club.
