I think the stamp is of George V - so post 1910.

Most likely 1906. The King's head on the stamp looks like Edward V11 and not at all like George V.

Stamp is George V, his 1/2 penny stamps had 2 fishes around the base and sides (he had a full head of hair), Edward VII had Laurel and Oak leaves (and he was bald on his portrait).

My well-thumbed 1977 catalogue shows George V stamps were issued 1911-35. The stamp shown here was printed using three different watermarks and a bucket load of other varieties thrown in for good measure (maybe others have since come to light):
SG 351 1912-22
SG 397 1913
SG 418 1924-26.
