It must be no earlier than 1969, that was when the lights replaced a P.C. On point duty. Good to look at though.
With a VivaHC and a MK1 Escort van on view it must have been post 1970
HB viva 1966-1970
Escort van mk1 1968-1974.
That's a HC launiched in 1970 not a HB. Go on google images and check. Hb was much more angular design. Escort vans launched mid 1969, again check on google.
Thats a hb viva, had one myself. escort van f feg 1968.
The end of a registration mark reading '40J' can be seen on the red van carrying ladders.
The letter J was allocated for the years 1970/1971.
