This photo was taken around 1960, in the garden of Mr and Mrs Dixon (they lived directly opposite the Wellfield Hotel) whose two daughters are seen here alongside a neighbouring family member who is Lilian Mason, she is the smaller one of the trio standing on the left. Not sure but perhaps it's just before a walking day parade is about to take place.
