Wigan Lane, Infirmary in distance. Old hand coloured postcard, circa WWI.
Greenbank House is the first house on the left - nowadays Clifton Street lies between it and the next house up the lane - knowing when that was opened out could help date the photograph.

Do you mean Clifton Crescent Rev? Clifton St is further down Wigan Lane near the Fox & Goose Pub

This postcard was printed in Germany for Woolstone Bros of London, i think in a series of 12 views around Wigan i have a few that are postally used in 1907.
