08395 i think at ince moss tip 1980's graham culshaw is stood on the steps of the shunter who at the time he was the tip controller.

Loco in photo is dual brake, cannot be 08395 which was vac brake only. Might finish with a 5 , so could be 615 or 815, both long standing SP locos.
