Rock FM day at Haigh Hall on May Bank holiday weekend in 1991. Lots of stuff going on that day, including Wigan Alsatian dogs training and the steam fair. Used to think the chap in the middle on the stage looked like Mike Brosnan who presented the 90s kids TV show Top Banana, no idea if it was him or not.
