Dave as you look at the lock keeper's house with that to your right is the old lock left or right of the house?

neil the wood you can see top right is the fence behind the lock keepers cottage, so it would be to the left looking towards appley bridge.

neil if you look in places then gathurst the second pic will give you a better viewpoint.
