Mabs Cross is a bit further up to the right, just out of picture. I would say this photo was taken where the Royal Oak pub is because to the left just out of the picture would be St Pauls church.

The Royal Oak is opposite. These properties must have been demolished for Dicconson Terrace

I think Veronica is correct, Most of this proerty was demolished to make way for Dicconson Terrace only some of the houses on the extreme right survived. Little London would have been demolished at the same time since it originally extended down to St Paul's Church (according to an old street plan). I think the photo was taken on the corner of where the Convent school was built
