OWNER OF THE SILCOCKS FUNFAIR WHO DONATED THE HEADSTONE FOR THE MEADOWS BROTHERS OF WALTHEW LANE PLATT BRIDGE.1954.
What a great gesture of community solidarity and generosity for Arthur to donate the headstone for the Meadows family.
Also such an unusual but memorable inscription on Arthur's family headstone, no doubt relating to the thousands of memories that were enjoyed by the people who attended his funfairs over the years. Thank you for posting these.
