i have a photo taken in more or less the same place in 1969 but its a colour slide so i cant post it

Those are carnations growing on the left. Time was when we had the most beautiful scented carnations grown in this country, from Jersey mainly but like all things it became cheaper to fly them halfway across the world & so another ' industry ' bit the dust.

Hi dave b, if you have a scanner then on some, if not most, then it should be quite possible to scan slides.
