Edward VII was coronated 26th June 1902 and this is possibly the reason for the flags

1902 and Lowes is in the distance, shut in 1986 I think, remember going in there with my mum in the 80's. I work in Wigan town centre and see this scene everyday. Wigan parish church and the rest haven't change one bit, we like the jubilee photographs on here too, but Edward VII is something else! Can't believe that this is nearly 110 years old.
