Must be after 1980, the building being constructed on the photo is Barclay's Bank. This was only built around 1988 after Lowes (same site) was demolished C.1987.

After Lowes was demolished, a new building was erected on the same site, and was initially a bank and Curry's elecrical store. The GMT bus is one of a trio of front engined Volvo Citbuses, 1481-1483 C481-483CBU.
