The captions explain the passage of a few years.

I am not too sure where this stood, I *think* it was in Lee Lane (where the Abram School was?)

The Vicarage stood where the present one stands in Lee lane.It wasn't used as a vicarage as long as I can remember. The Holland family lived in it when I was young. Tommy Holland and his twin Arthur were in the same class as me at Abram school.

Hi Phil you are right the old vicarage used to be where the new one is now on Lee Lane I can only remember the Hollands living there and then it stood empty for a number of years before it was pulled down I can remember going in it seemed very scary then we used to dare one another to go up these tiny stairs which came of one of the back bedrooms but none of us where brave enough to go up I still think about those stairs Ha Ha It was a lovely big house

What a shame this was pulled down. I only remember the modern vicarage (we lived on Culcheth Ave, behind it).
