Joseph Starkey (1869-1941), married to Margaret (1870-1961). Joseph was the wheelwright at Pony Dick making carriages and carts.

Don't know Bill Starkey. I think it would be Miss Starkey's father -Highfield Primary School teacher.

This chaps son was Bill Starkey who lived with his sister Alce at 416 Billinge Rd Bill had been a draughtsman and I think Alice was a teacher Margaret Starkey lived at 410 Billinge Road We lived at 412 The terrace of 4 houses (Woodlands Terrace )were built for the family The family had previously owned The Pony Dick pub adjacent and the wheelwrights
