This looks a bit familiar. Ron, did Dicconson St with the Wesleyan Church the other end join Upper Dicconson St ?

Yes Upper Dicconson Street ran at 90 degrees to Dicconson Street. It was at the other end of Dicconson Street, to where the Wesleyan church was. It hasn't changed much at all.
