This was taken 1991..ish This is the back yard where the cullet was broken/stored. The workshops and the stores where the buildings with the small vent pots on the roof. This is the site that greeted the `long morning walk` to work for the fitters.

Hi Slack Al, Yes i remember you, I spoke to you about 12/18 months ago when I knocked on your door on a house to house enquiry on yer street. As for Nimmo, I spoke to him about 2 weeks ago in the Housing Office in Platt Bridge where he works, he is still as mad as ever cracking very bad jokes to the office staff and laughing until he hyperventilates !! very funny man.
