Yes, it is the one down Plank Lane, before the site was "re-modelled" a few years ago from just a "tip" to the ubiquitous recycling facility. Taken before 1992 when Bickershaw pit closed. The site in the pic. is totally devoid of any trees and vegetation so I would guess middle middle/late 80's soon after the first modernisation of the tip took place with it's "drive-through" facility added.
