Interlocking sheet piles being driven into the river bank to provide extra flood protection for Park Street residents and business premises. Access for the works via a plot of waste ground that the contractor had to strengthen using "roadtrack" steel sheets laid on the surface.

thats the stetch where the travellers built that house ,folk think it was for business but he lives there,incidentally the travellers who own the homes on the other side of the river have closed that road illegally by putting a very large concrete block across swan meadow rd.law unto themselves.
