Safety barrier fencing around our works over the Christmas/New Break. Adam Railway viaduct spans the works and river.Who would have thought that a few years later this would become a dual lane one way road (Southgate).
this was brilliant... no tail backs like the old pottery road..... then we bring the bike lane??? All the hardwork.....undone.......wigan council.. 2 steps forward 3 steps back
