It is 100 years next Sunday since the end of
World War 1. These 2 Pagefield Army lorries
were manufactured by Walkers Engineering at
Pagefield Works at the bottom of Miry Lane
and Beresford Street. The picture was sent to
me from "Mushroomman" of Queensland, Australia.
November 6th 2018.

It says on the radiator grille Pacefield and not Pagefield.

Alan. It saya Pagefield on the radiator grill.As Ray says it was made by Walker Brothers at Pagefield Ironworks.

They are Pagefield model N 3 ton W^D Lorries about 500 or so were made during the war.

Alan and Stan, Have a look on the Walkers Engineering thread
here on Wigan World. There are several PAGEFIELD lorries on
its 3 pages. Ray.
