Two Hydraulic Legs, stick a canopy on top of four of these and you've got yourself a Chock/Roof Support.

These are Hydraulic props used to set under steel girders or wood normally about 3ft apart
tese are hydraulic props ,but what sort of wood was the wooden chocks that the pit men used,when the weight came on they would squash into oneanother without splitting.can anybody tell me what kind of wood it was
