Dennis. Was this the yard just up the short street, off Greenough Street?. The street was just prior to crossing the river bridge, into Powell Street.

Our house in Turner street used to back on to This scrap yard. It was I believe a mill in the past would anyone be able to add any details of the Mill??
I did a job here at Calderbanks Scrapyard in the 70's on a mobile crane brake system old man Calderbank was a really gentelman.
