This nameplate has been on my workshop door since the early 60s. Can anyone remember what order no. 53343v was?
I was away on my national service in 1960 so I must have acquired it on my return.

Albert and Eddie; I haven`t got the answer but suggest Eddie visit`s Wigan Heritage Centre in Leigh Town Hall where there are 42 boxes containing Walker Bros. info.
BOX 3 Consecutive order number books 1884-1962
BOX 4 Consecutive order number books 1935-1962

I don`t remember contract orders having a letter and wonder what the V means.
