This looks to be on a rally of Vintage vehicles The road markings and cars look to be post war whilst the bus is 20's/30.s origin

The Ford Capri was launched in 1969. The bus is a Leyland Tiger,built in 1932.

where is this ? the markings on the road seem to read Portland, In the back ground there is an Elter Skelter and a Ferries wheel, all very interesting

Looks a bit like Weymmouth, which would explain the Portland signs.
This bus was still visiting rallies and fairs until fairly recently.
