Brian. Do you recollect a Wigan Corporation bus inspector who lived on the Westwood Estate, in Lower Ince. I think Charterhouse Road. He was a very amiable chap. Had a chat to him often, when I was on the Market Place beat. Late 1950s, early 1960s.

re conductor his first name was NOEL cant remember his secomd name but his drivers name was EDDIE LAWRENCE Noel had an Irish accent hope this helps
