This is the machine I operated on C shift.
I worked here 1984-1991 until the closure Friday 13/12/91.

The times I've walked past that machine at th'ot end on my way up to the furnace, either that way or past machine 16. Happy days!

These machines used to frighten me to death, I would walk past them with a "hurry up" in the stride. Great gobs of molten glass flying down. I remember watching the machine men from a distance `lubing up` the open moulds with a rag on the end of as stick..quick as a flash before another gob of glass came flying down.
