Mick. Thanks for this. One of the many pleasures of Wiganworld
is that you learn so much even about things you thought you knew very well. Apart from being a WGS OB I spent much of my youth in the old Library including upstairs doing homework and fever knew of the WGS link.

The library was built on the site of the old school in 1877/1878, Carolaen.
