Correction.
Albert Weight is the teacher. Also year may be later as Watson & Alty were Thomas Linacre boys. Schools didn't merge till I was in 2nd year so it is more likely to be 1964
David where did you find this photograph. Brings back memories remember the trip very well. If I remember correctly the year was 1964. Albert Wright Mr Hutchinson looks like Frank Howarth at the back and Norman Stothers in front of him. Many thanks for the memories.
I took it on my Brownie 127. I have another of you rolling around pillow fighting with who I think was Stothers. I'll post that. Didn't get many other shots though cos in them days we had nowt to buy film with so when my roll was used up on boring things like swans and ducks all that fun at the camp and swimming couldn't be captured.
That's me 3rd from the right in the front row. Didn't Albert also take the Chess Club?
I can’t believe it. Is that THE Norman Stothers, my fellow Butlins Redcoat of many years ago. Cezar and I have many happy memories of a great guy and friend. Hope you’re well and happy Norman.
