Manley Street, c1972. Thanks to Roy Harrison for correcting me on the location, which I originally had as Ince Green Lane. He also says the the window of the house at the right is No18 (Demolished 1984), the cars in the background are parked on a triangle of spare ground in front of No36 Bryn Street which used to belong to a painter and decorator and the house still stands to this day although the scene around that photograph area has itself has changed dramatically with most of the surrounding houses falling to the bulldozers as part of the compulsory purchase orders of the early 1980's.
Thanks to David Hulse for emailing the following: "With ref to Manley street picture. Please amend - 1. The House to the right was occupied by a Mrs Lowe, 2. 36 Bryn St Belonged to Mr and Mrs Hulse (My Mother and Father).
