Picture shows Fred haliwell, near side dave owens(far side)not sure of the year about 20 years ago.

The man nearest looks like Fred Halliwell, of Arundel St., Newtown, and the cleric immediately behind him was the curate, Rev John Roberts, I made a portrait of hime in the late sixties.
