This photo was taken by Austin Lyons in the school yard.Mr Scott is on the left and Mr. Hitchen on the right.Girls left to right are Eileen Walls,Joan Winstanley, Eileen Tootill,Bernadette Fahy,Anne Gaskell,Mary Foster, Sheila Dickinson and Helen Toman.The dresses were pale blue and the flowers were from Miss McAvoys flower shop in Hindley.
I would dearly love to know where Eileen Walls is now. The last I heard of her, she was in Atherton with our Sheilla, but they have now moved.
