I think that the Photo was taken in Bank Street near the Royal.

It's on Charles Street with your back to the Jubilee cinema end looking towards Golborne centre with the Methodist chapel on the left. Nice picture.
The Chapel on the left looking down Charles street is the Baptist Chapel I can remember playing in Golborne band at that walking day
