Another shot of Bryn Street in the late 1950s. My mum Alice Hodkinson in the lead followed by Pat Grimshaw, Jenny Grimshaw, Margaret Hardman and dad, Ephraim Hodkinson.

David , you have so much to be proud of I knew your Dad and Mum, they lived in Greenway and your Aunties they lived on Bryn Road they were all customers of mine when I was in business in Gerard Street . Whenever I visited there was always a warm wellcome and of course cup of tea. I can remember clearly calling to your Mum and Dads in Greenway on a sunny day and having a cuppa on the lawn. They were a lovely family who lived up to their religion, I feel privileged to have known them.
