Drum Major Ronnie Pye I think. I would be on that parade as a drummer with the Church Lads Brigade.

This is me..so loved my frock ...maybe led to being able to earn my living in fashion...such a great catwalk. Don't know who the lady next to meis..though she might not like a rebel!,

Was this a Boys' Brigade band? Very difficult to pin point this location.

Not Boys Brigade Albert. Church Lads Brigade. I was in All Saints company. We would combine for walking days as a mass band.

Boys Brigade wear berries not caps.

Keith/Gary. Are there now such bands, as the Church Lads' Brigade, and the Boys' Brigade, or have they gone, like other worth while organizations have.

Albert there are still Boys Brigade and Church Lads Brigade company's about along with the Boy Scouts. Many of these organisations have female members these days and rightly so. I don't think there are as many drum and Bugle bands as there was in the fifties and sixties.
