Smiths Lane, Hindley Green, those lads at the front will be in their 60s now.
The two small lads at back of banner is Dennis Higson left & kevin meddows right, & far right girl is Susan Higson. And yes it is on Smiths Lane, Hindley Green, round coner from Red Cat PUB.
