Great set of photos Brian...can any one name the makes of the cars?
I would say, the one in the foreground is a Volkswagen Beetle.
The one on the far left is an A type Vauxall Viva.The first car I owned
Think light blue on the left, type A Viva, VW Beetle in the foreground. Possibly a Humber Sceptre with the L plate and looks like a Commer van behind it. Could be wrong !
The car with the 'L' plate on looks to be the Singer Vogue version of an early sixties version of one of two styles of the Hillman Minx which were in production together. Behind it is a Commer van and next to it (partly obscured) is a Vauxhall Velox or Cresta.
COMMER, VAUXHALL VIVA HA, SINGER VOGUE, VAUXHALL VICTOR 101, VW BEATLE.
Never heard of a A type viva..I've heard of HA, HB, HA-SL, HC Beagle van. But never A type viva!
