Now we're talking - some great players here.

Comment by: Steve on 10th September 2013 at 09:38

Fine team, you can bet Jarvo wouldn't call these lot thugs to there faces

Comment by: Jarvo on 10th September 2013 at 12:28

Pre-'Wiggin Dominance' era. This was when the game of RL was in dire straits. It still is. Thugs or no thugs.

Comment by: Steve on 10th September 2013 at 18:27

But you still wouldn't call them that to there faces.........would you????????????

Comment by: Jarvo on 10th September 2013 at 23:39

'There' faces? Who's faces?

Comment by: Steve on 11th September 2013 at 09:34

There faces, meaning would you call them thugs if you was face to face with them???????????

Comment by: Jarvo on 11th September 2013 at 12:40

Of course I would...I call a thug a thug, and a spade a spade...

Comment by: JohnB on 11th September 2013 at 13:22

Let's see what these "thugs" did.........
Wigan Final League Position: 1st (Coach: Graeme Lowe)

Stones Bitter League Champions: Wigan

John Player Special Trophy Winners: Wigan (18-4 v Warrington)

Grunhalle Lager Lancashire Cup Winners: Wigan ( 27-6 v Oldham)

Stones Bitter Premiership Trophy Winners: Wigan ( 8-0 v Warrington)
Get real, Jarvo.

Comment by: Steve on 11th September 2013 at 14:12

Jarvo, I doubt that very much. It's a pity you didn't say it to the rugby players at the 10K on sunday.

Comment by: Jarvo on 12th September 2013 at 00:48

Do you mean the lady rugby players?

Comment by: Steve on 12th September 2013 at 09:28

How brave Jarvo, you had your chance on Sunday to call the rugby players "thugs" and you didn't, I think that says it all.

Comment by: Jarvo on 12th September 2013 at 11:01

I've always been brave. Cheers.

Comment by: Steve on 12th September 2013 at 13:47

To late now Jarvo, we all no that's not true, unless your on here, of course!!!!!!!

Comment by: Jarvo on 12th September 2013 at 23:25

'To...' and your...lol. 'Too' and 'you're'...Who's we?

Comment by: Steve on 13th September 2013 at 09:34

"Who's we", all the people who use this site, that's who.

Comment by: Jarvo on 13th September 2013 at 21:39

There are only three people who know me personally on here, so your comment doesn't make any sense...

Comment by: Steve on 14th September 2013 at 10:19

Jarvo your always on here saying rugby players are thugs and you had the chance to tell some of them to there faces last sunday but you didn't.

People on here don't have to no you personally to realise that your all talk.

You've proved that more than once.

Comment by: Jarvo on 14th September 2013 at 18:53

Proved it more than once? When was that then? And what did I prove???

Comment by: Steve on 15th September 2013 at 11:57

You proved to people on here that your all talk, if not you would have told the rugby players who where at the 10k that they are thugs.

Just like you had lots of opportunity's to tell Terry Hollingsworth and Billy melling that there thug's, but you haven't.

I think I no now why they call you Horace Wimp.

Comment by: Jarvo on 15th September 2013 at 19:03

Billy Melling a thug? I know the lad...I'd never say Billy was a thug...He's actually very funny. Where did you get the bum info from? I think you mistake me for someone else. There are lots of posters on here who never reveal 'their' true identities. Probably for sinister reasons. Ney, mind, it takes all sorts...

Comment by: Steve on 16th September 2013 at 11:34

Wasn't Billy Melling a rugby player, them who you call thugs.

So why have you never called him a thug to his face.

The name "Horace Wimp" really does suit you.

Comment by: Jarvo on 16th September 2013 at 14:51

Lol...I never been called that in my life. You are very entertaining. I love this verbal tennis. Pity I don't know you; but I like you...even though you have nothing to say. Do you do threads?

Comment by: Steve on 16th September 2013 at 17:41

Apparently thats what your so call "friends" call you and it's easy to see why now.

It suits you down to the ground that name.

Comment by: Jarvo on 16th September 2013 at 20:17

'I had a friend who had friends by a river. They too had friends who had friends of their own...' I can sing that. And my 'friends' love it...I sang with Billy once; he's a friend as well...Lol.

Comment by: Steve on 16th September 2013 at 20:55

So not all rugby players are thugs then??????????

Comment by: Jarvo on 16th September 2013 at 22:06

Most of them are, of course...But Billy isn't. I aint scared of no rugger players. Never have been, never will be. They aint so tough. A man who can run a marathon, now that's tough, Stevie, baby...

Comment by: Steve on 17th September 2013 at 09:28

So that's a no then...........not suprising really!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment by: Jarvo on 17th September 2013 at 20:37

No? No, I stick by it: Rugby players are thugs...Whatcha gonna do about it?

Comment by: Steve on 18th September 2013 at 09:37

So if your sat behind your keyboard they are thugs......but when you come face to face with them, there not..........I see.

Comment by: Murphy - San on 11th August 2021 at 08:26

This could have been ( most likely was ) the 1st Wigan team that I watched on Grandstand.
Cracking team , cracking kit.
