Ye Gods,that's the first time Iv'e seen that picture in forty odd years.Thanks very much Ron it brings back some great memories of my TLS days, and I still have the medals stored away safely. These days I couldn't even run for a bus never mind round a track.
I remeber going up on stage one speech night for the 'Charles Ostic' cup for being a good jumper and fast little bugger on the field,and I can honestly say they really were the happiest days of my young life walking down Parsons Walk every morning.
