Possibly Wigan Goods yard? First from left to right on front row is the late Jimmy Owen. My wifes dad.

Front row the man in the middle is Ronnie Ashurst, he was a shunter at Bamfurlong

Identified by Jack Perkins,the man front right is Teddy Gaskell. It looks like Ince Moss Siding to me late 50's or early 60's
