Wigan Album

This is the first news letter from the Group, this as you read it will see the walls that had to be pulled down because Skelmersdale took all the funding because it had become the New Town on the block. Makes you wonder when from the start it was UPHOLLAND with Skelmerdale.....!
Many things did get actioned from the formation of this group, though alot more could have been done for Upholland. But as was then and probably now the oh so high and mighty councillors dug there heals in. Because they could see a small group of hard working ordinary people had up staged them.
