A very young Andy Gregory with the Grundys, John Stockley, Martin McLoughlin, Paul Chamberlain and what looks like the Ball & Boot crew. Location unsure.

It looks like the Sailors Arms Newquay

That isn't Johnny "Mad Dog" Baxter in the red tee shirt sitting down at the front, is it?

Comment by: Paul Young on 10th November 2009 at 12:58

No jarvo that’s not 'Mad Dog'! Its Granville ‘Soft Cat’ Crompton. He has been called many things for his devotion to the Latics, but never ‘mad dog’.
Definitely the Scholes 'Ball & Boot' crew - other red shirted are Danny Priest & Malc Holland. Front left 3 with glasses - John Gav, Mor Tait, with 'Jinksy' behind

Jarvo, is Johnny "mad dog" a welder by any chance?
